The 7 Very Important Things to Be workbook is a 60 page workbook written in an easy to read and understand format.

Each of the 7 words/qualities has its own section. Each section contains the following:

• an easy to understand definition of the word/quality

• a quote featuring the word/quality

• Bullet points of how to use that word/quality for themselves, with friends and family, and online

• a simple, engaging activity where your child can practice using the quality

The last section of the workbook contains an “I Promise” certificate/pledge where kids can sign promising they will do their best to be the 7 very important things.
